While our main Cellar Door tasting room has a number of our wine ranges on tasting, our Enoteca exclusively features tastings of Cherubino ‘Uovo’ wines.
Made in a clay cement ovoid tank - a giant "egg", or "uovo" in Italian - the lees are continuously forced upward by an internal current resembling a vortex. This gives these wines voluptuousness, purity and texture.
The Enoteca and Cellar Door are within a short walking distance of each other at our cellardoor property on Caves Road.
