Join us once a month for a blind-tasting session guided by  our head sommelier, Simone Ratti. Discover world-class wines 'blind,' paired with a thoughtfully curated set menu featuring local, seasonal produce.

To taste blind is to slowly reveal the identity of the wine over the course of a facilitated tasting... hence, Vincognito!

These intimate gatherings will take place in our cosy private dining room, designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.
