Take a journey through the rolling hills of Piedmont and Tuscany with La Spinetta. This special dinner brings together wines from two of Italy’s most celebrated regions, featuring selections from Giorgio Rivetti’s acclaimed portfolio.

An expertly paired four-course menu by Chef Giacomo, inspired by the wines, brings the flavours of the regions to life in a night not to be missed.

An evening dedicated to the wines of Cherubino, showcasing the depth, character, and ageing potential of some of our most celebrated varietals. Hosted in our private dining room, this exclusive dinner offers a rare chance to explore the terroir and evolution of our wines, with a carefully curated selection presented in a vertical tasting format.
Guided by Sommelier Simone Ratti, the night will take guests through a comparative journey across different vintages:

Dijon Chardonnay 2018 & Dijon Chardonnay 2023 – A side-by-side look at how this elegant Chardonnay develops over time.
Pemberton Black Label Chardonnay 2016 & Pemberton Black Label Chardonnay 2023 – A showcase of the terroir-driven expression from our Pemberton vineyard.
Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 & Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 – Exploring the evolution of one of WA’s most iconic varietals.

Step into the heart of Burgundy with an evening celebrating the timeless wines of Remoissenet Père et Fils. With over a century of winemaking history, this prestigious producer captures the essence of one of the world’s most revered wine regions.

Guided by Sommelier Simone Ratti, this dinner will explore classic Burgundian expressions, beginning with two elegant whites before shifting focus to Pinot Noir, showcasing the remarkable diversity of this legendary varietal across different appellations.

The wine selection includes Chablis 2022 and Bourgogne Blanc 2022, highlighting the purity and finesse of Remoissenet’s white wines; Bourgogne Rouge 2022, a classic introduction to Remoissenet’s reds; and Savigny-Lès-Beaune 2022, Vosne-Romanée 2021, and Gevrey-Chambertin 2022, offering a journey through some of Burgundy’s most sought-after terroirs.
